I know it's been a while, so I wanted to say hello.

And that I had a nice rest, vacation, hibernation, period of dormancy, whatever you want to call it.

So, yeah, I took a couple months away from this podcast,

And I think going forward, at least for now, I'm just going to be publishing episodes

Yeah, I, publishing an episode, releasing an episode every week, really did work for me for a long time, for about three and a half years-ish. Um, but yeah, I think I am just gonna do things a little differently,

because I just like to go with the flow. I don't like to over-exert myself. I value rest, and I'm also kind of like how, isn't it hypocritical of me to always be telling other people to rest and to take care of yourself, and me not do the same thing?
