We've got two great interviews this week and the second I sit down with Amy Kennedy

who's running for the House of Representatives in New Jersey on July 7th.

But first, I've got to have a conversation about a topic many of us probably haven't

considered.

I've never been on a farm before.

I don't know what the process of farming looks like, but during coronavirus I learned more

than ever about how and where our food comes from and why it matters.

How it started to supply chains can put people in danger and about black farmers.

I'm always excited to have people who do things that I know legitimately nothing about

and I know nothing about actual farming.

I do have animal crossing and that is not farming.

Can you talk about how you got to farming and what do you do?

Can you help us just understand what do you do?

I'm actually a fourth generation sugar cane farmer from New Iberia, Louisiana.

I worked side by side with my dad and my brothers.
