So I went up to Northumberland last month to meet a lady called Ellie Chapel as part of an

investigation into families who were falsely accused of a rare kind of

child abuse called fabricated and induced illness.

Sunday Times special correspondent Emily Dugan has been investigating social care for over a

decade.
