0:15.3	Good afternoon, Dr. Laura. Thank you. So I've been married for 22 years.
0:22.0	I have a 14-year-old son.
0:24.4	And about three or four years ago, my job situation changed.
0:28.1	My income dropped quite a bit.
0:30.4	So I've had to take on another job and also added another job on the side for the last few months.
0:38.0	And it seems like I can never do anything right anymore.
0:43.9	I'm never there for my wife.
0:45.9	She's always complaining about almost A to Z.
0:50.4	I'm trying to think if that's an exaggeration,
0:53.5	but from the minute I wake up to when I go to bed,
0:56.8	there's no longer any intimacy between us.
0:59.8	It's been a couple years, and she's progressively telling me that I'm worthless,
1:04.9	and she's saying all this in front of her son.
1:07.6	So there's a lot of that going on, And so I'm thinking, should I be thinking about
1:14.6	leaving? Because obviously it's impacting my son in a big way. He's looking at both of us with
1:20.3	no respect, frankly, really. And I'm just trying to see what the best thing is.
1:28.1	Or sometimes I think like maybe I should just shut up and take it because of my son.
1:32.5	No, I don't think that is healthy for anybody.
1:36.3	It's certainly short in your life, literally.
