It's the Bert Show's entertainment boss.

Right, two YouTubers are feuding, and now it's turned into a lawsuit.

So Jeff Wittic is suing David Dobrik over a stunt that went wrong in Utah back in the

summer of 2020.

So Dobrik got an excavator and drove it into a lake so he could swing people around

the bucket.

So what an excavator is, like you have the machine part in the water and then there's

what they call like a big boom, an arm, and then there's a bucket on top of the arm.

And he had, there was a, like a line hanging down from the bucket and he was, like, in the

excavator goes into like a total 360.

So he's trolling it around and he's trolling this dude on this bucket.

Seems really fine.

No, don't.

Until you watch what happens to Jeff.

So he's swinging it around and David realizes he's swinging it too fast and so he slows

down, but he slows down too fast.

So that's when Jeff whips and comes back and hits the arm of the boom.
