The Michael Berry Show. There is a meme that makes its way around the internet every few months or at

least makes its way across my desk every few months. It probably lives there and continues its

viral existence. And it's two pictures of seven or eight people in each picture at the beach.

And in the first one kind of washed out bad tones of the 60s it is a group of people that today

would look like it was a fitness shoot. And it says at the bottom people at the beach in the 60s.

And then the next picture is an ad for people who need heart medication and they're all morbidly

obese. The men all have boobs. They look awful. They look terribly unhealthy when it says people at

the beach today. And then the question is what happened? And there are lots and lots of answers

as to lifestyle, exercise, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, sedentary lifestyle,

processed foods, alcohol consumption is supposed to be one of them but I would argue people drink

as much as they ever did if not more. But it's the types of food we eat, the type of lifestyle

we eat. And more and more people, anytime we have a healthy conversation, a conversation about

health, I get follow up emails, hey, who was the guy you talked to? Hey, what was that site you

you referenced? And it seems to me the sort of thing that a lot of our listeners are interested in.

Maybe not making a sea change in their lives, but what is the low hanging fruit to feel better,
