The most important court ruling of perhaps the last week is not the affirmative action case

from the Supreme Court.

It's not the student loan case from the Supreme Court.

It's not the bake my cake, bigot, make my website, bigot ruling.

It may turn out to be the redistricting cases out of North Carolina, Alabama.

There's one in Louisiana, there's one in Texas.

We'll get to that in a moment, but a really, really important ruling, not from the Supreme

Court, from a federal judge in Monroe, Louisiana.

His name is Terry Dowdy spelled D-O-U-G-H-T-Y.

I wish I knew, Judge Dowdy, because I would like to shake his hand, because it's one

of the finest rulings I've seen come out of a court in a very long time.

He issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting the government from using social media companies

to censor news and information, Judge Dowdy, Terry Dowdy, singled out White House

press secretary, Karen Jean-Pierre.

She's really Karen, you can just call her Karen.

You can try to Frenchify it, but she's Karen.

She's affirmative action Karen, housing secretary, Javier Basera, and several health officials

in the administration.

And then he issued a blanket ban on FBI and Department of Justice employees, telling

them stop bothering social media companies, stop trying to get them to silence citizens

about what the FBI is up to, about COVID, about the poison poke, about all of it.
