Another thing, it's a bit of news, I guess, is that you may have remembered a while ago I told you that I was applying to Cambridge and to Oxford to do a history PhD and that Cambridge have given me an offer, which is great, and that I'm still waiting on the funding. I still am waiting on the funding. Nothing much has changed there, really. I'm still waiting to hear back from the

scholarships and stuff that I've already applied to. But recently I got word from Oxford that they also

wanted to offer me a place. So what this means is that I now have, well, two choices, I suppose.

And even though I'm kind of leaning more towards Cambridge at the moment, because it's supposed to be the best for history and it's kind of where I wanted to go in the first place, it is pretty cool that the two best universities in the UK and two consistently highly rated, sometimes in the top five, between the two of them, universities in the entire world, both said yes to me.

Like, that's pretty cool. So yeah,

keep your support coming, keep your monetary, spiritual, moral support coming. All of it's really,

really, really appreciated. I would also encourage you to really, if you're not really a big

fan of giving me a big junk of money at once, which I

completely understand, I would encourage you to look at the subscription options, which basically

entails you giving me a small, small amount of money every month. It is so, so tiny, I really

don't think you'll notice it. So with that being said, I'm not going to beg you for any more money

because I already feel a bit like, a bit ridiculous, but I think that the yes from Oxford is a really good sign. It kind of

makes me feel good about my chances for scholarships and for funding, because surely if the two

biggest ones say yes, then another most important yes in terms of money is right around the corner,

right?
