How are you? I'm doing well. This is probably the, this is what the weather is like at all times

in Minnesota, correct? That's what I'm being told by the locals.

It was beautiful yesterday, but I'm looking out a window.

You probably clearly have not been outside yet today.

We have gray skies and rain today, Tim, it has changed.

But what you're referring to is the-

60s, 70s.

Yeah, yeah, 60 degrees, 70 degree, like, you know, year round December,

I should book a trip here. You should, indeed. I joked with somebody from the Mavericks last

night that it's becoming, for me selfishly, Tim, if the warriors, I kind of need either the

warriors or the kings to be in the finals every year. The latter option has not

really surfaced ever. But because I live in Sacramento, I just like being close to home.

But in the absence of the warriors being part of it, if I'm going to be running around the whole

country, I do enjoy these early summer visits to cities that are typically miserable in

December and November, i.e. a couple years
