We're recording the day after Thanksgiving. And you know what? Didn't eat too much yesterday.

How about you? Yes, I ate too much. Oh, man, I didn't.

It was a great day, great family day.

And we got the inspiration to do this podcast.

You know, I was sitting around, you know, the dinner table yesterday talking to kids

and very about money and finances and what you're doing with school.

And I said to myself, we've got this great book.

I love to share it with the community.

It's a little misnomer. What's the honeybee, right? The honeybee. We're going to talk about what

the honeybee is. We're going to talk about how it can change your life going into 2021.

I think, and also this podcast is a little self-serving. We want to get the message out there and we think it's a great gift for the

holidays or if you're going into 2021. So we're going to talk about the book, talk about what it means.

It's a real estate book that shows you basically the epiphanies and the steps that it takes to grow

a multifaceted, vertically integrated multifamily business. I know there's a lot of like buzzwords in there,

but realistically, it's, there's a lot of businesses within the business of multifamily. And that's

what this book shows because it, it kind of peels the onion back and shows a little bit about

how we've done it in a parable format. So the book's been fantastic. I, you know, it's near and dear to my heart.
