Today's guest is Kendra Hall.

Kendra is president and chief storytelling officer at Stellar Collective, a consulting firm focused on the strategic application of storytelling to today's communication

challenges. She was a national champion storyteller. Yes, they have those? And a former member of

the board of directors of the National Storytelling Network. What began as a storytelling assignment

in the fifth grade grew into a passion for not only telling stories, but a mastery for teaching others

the methods and science of storytelling so they can better tell themselves, tell their own.

So just tell the listeners, how did this book come out and, you know, when did you fall in love

with storytelling?

Yeah, well, it's, as you might imagine, it's a long story.

But I feel like, you know, anytime you're finding yourself on a path or

can be a variety of lengths.

I told my first story when I was 11, as you heard in the intro.

And for a long time, I just realized, I was just seeing stories as method of entertainment,

people telling stories at festivals or just among friends or maybe even for performance,
