All right. I'm going to bring on in just a moment, Michael Monks, KFI News, to talk about what's going on at Metro.

But just before I do, I want, I just want to say, you cannot overstate the importance of Metro getting their act together to all the other issues that we're having here in Southern California, because Metro is public transportation.

And for example, the homelessness problem is often pegged at there not being enough affordable housing and we need to build more affordable housing.

To build more affordable housing, you have to build more density.

And to build more density, you have to have fewer cars.

You have to have more and better, reliable and safe public transit if you're going to do the other thing.

Also, all this stuff with putting in bike lanes everywhere and taking away traffic lanes everywhere,

not everybody who's going to stop driving their car is going to get on a bike.

They're going to be looking for safe, reliable, public transit.

So I don't think Metro is doing a good job, but they need to do a good job in order to help

solve a lot of other problems.
