it is my absolute honor to welcome on the show, Wayne and Regina Smith. Now, I know Wayne and

Regina from Iron Legion Strength and Combat, where we've trained together for over 10 years.

Wayne has been in corrections for almost 30 years as a law enforcement instructor, defensive tactics

instructor, and a member of a special team.

Regina has been in correction for over 22 years, is a sergeant for Marion County Sheriff's

Office and a captain for the Florida Department of Corrections.

As you can imagine, the dynamic not only of their experience, but being in corrections

as a married couple, this was an incredible conversation.

We discuss a host of topics from their journeys into corrections, some of the immense

challenges for our correctional officers, breaking the recidivism in Florida prisons, gangs, addiction,

mentorship, the importance of fitness, and so much more. Now before we get to this incredible
