House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has changed course, telling Democrats that they will vote on the bipartisan infrastructure bill before reconciliation is done.

In a Democratic caucus meeting last night, Pelosi announced the change of plans.

Key moderate senators Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kirsten Cinema of Arizona have both publicly
