And we have a jam-pack show. And we'll begin with the breaking news out of New York City.

Mayor Eric Adams is expected to face federal charges by prosecutors out of the Southern District of New

York as early as today. That's according to two sources familiar

with the matter. The indictment remains sealed as of last night, but CNBC is reporting that the

indictment, in part, accuses Adams of criminal conduct related to donations to his 2021 mayoral

campaign. A source telling CNBC, the indictment mentions up to $20 million

in donations that Adams' campaign received as a result of a matching funds program that the city's

campaign finance program offers candidates for small dollar donations made by New York City residents.

The source also said that the indictment alleges that Adams traveled to Turkey to receive

illegal contributions. Adams would be the first New York City mayor to be criminally charged

while still in office. Now, it's important to note the specific charges were not immediately

clear, and spokespeople for both the FBI and the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York
