The Obamas did not hold back when it came to Donald Trump last night at the Democratic National Convention.

We'll have more of their speeches to an absolutely electrified crowd here in Chicago. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris was about 90 miles north of the Windy City,

speaking to another large group of supporters packing an arena in a battleground state.

The former president, Donald Trump, was also in a swing state,

but his event had a much darker message

and was filled with his usual false claims. We'll recap all the rallies for you just ahead.

Thank you so much for starting your day with us. And we'll begin this morning with night two of the Democratic Convention,

where former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama

closed out the evening with powerful speeches and passionate calls to rally around

Vice President Kamala Harris.

A crowd of about 20,000 people saw an array of speakers that

included second gentleman Doug Emhoff, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, Senate Majority Leader,
