I think there's a lot of great things I agree in that piece of legislation, but there's an awful

lot of things that basically don't pertain directly to voting.

So just to put a button on this, you will vote against that bill if it gets to the Senate

flu.

I think it's a wrong piece of legislation to bring our country together and unite our country,

and I'm not supporting that because I think it would divide us further.

morning is the West Virginia Democrat among the biggest roadblocks to President Biden's agenda.

Plus, Vice President Kamala Harris arrives in Central America for her first foreign trip while in office.

The question is, will she return with any answers to address the immigration crisis on the southern border?

And Facebook defends its decision to ban Donald Trump, saying his account will remain suspended for at least two years.

The question is, how will the ban impact his ability to influence the upcoming midterm elections?

Senator Joe Manchin will vote against federal voting rights legislation laid out by his own party.

The West Virginia Democrat indicated his stance against the For the People Act and eliminating the Senate filibuster in an op-ed

that was posted yesterday. Mansion rights in part, quote, the right to vote is fundamental to our

American democracy, and protecting that right should not be about party or politics. Least of all, protecting this right, which is a value I share, should never be done in a partisan

manner. Of course, some in my party have argued that now is the time to discard such bipartisan

voting reforms and embrace election reforms and policies solely supported by one party.
