In England, where at least 27 people were hospitalized, including four children,

after a minivan crashed into a group of pedestrians attending a soccer parade in Liverpool late yesterday.

At least one adult and one child suffered serious injuries.

At the time, thousands had lined

to the streets to celebrate Liverpool's English Premier League title win. Video shows the minivan

traveling at a high speed, plowing through the crowd before coming to a stop. The driver was

arrested at the scene, described as a 53-year-old British man. Now, authorities say the crash is not being investigated as terrorism-related and that no one

else is being sought in connection with what they're calling an isolated incident.
