That was Donald Trump's former attorney, Michael Cohen, laying out a roadmap that prosecutors

investigating the former president now appear to be following. The question this morning,

is the state of New York about to present evidence to a grand jury? Plus, new developments on efforts

The Washington Post reported late yesterday that Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance has convened

a special grand jury to decide whether to bring criminal charges against former

President Donald Trump, other executives at his company, or the company itself.

According to the Post, the move indicates that after a more than two-year investigation with a

lengthy legal battle for Trump's tax returns, Vance believes he's found evidence of a crime
