President Trump has temporarily lifted those controversial tariffs on Canada and Mexico, once again,

just two days after implementing them. The exemptions to the 25 percent tariffs apply to about half of the goods coming into the U.S. from Mexico and around 38% of imports from Canada that comply

with the North American trade deal reached during Trump's first term. That's known as the USMCA.
