Today, President Joe Biden wraps up a historic trip to Eastern Europe. Last night, he gave a speech

in Warsaw, Poland, marking one year since the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It followed Monday's

surprise visit to Kiev, becoming the first modern American president to set foot in an active war zone

where U.S. troops were not on the ground.

The president's address yesterday highlighted the resolve of the Ukrainian people and

continued to place the blame for the conflict solely on Vladimir Putin.

One year ago, the world was bracing for the fall of Kiev.
