This morning, President Joe Biden is in Warsaw, Poland, where he'll visit Polish President Duda ahead of remarks he's slated to give later today about the state of the war. The formal welcome ceremony

will begin at 720 Eastern, followed by a half-hour meeting leading up to Biden's speech,

marking one year of the war in Ukraine. Tomorrow, the president will meet with the allied leaders

of the so-called Bucharest 9, the nine members that make up NATO's

eastern flank. He is set to return home following that meeting. Today's events come after

President Biden delivered a message to his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, and to the rest

of the world in historic fashion yesterday by making that surprise visit to Ukraine.

With air raid sirens ringing in the background, Biden stood alongside Ukrainian president,

Volodemir Zelensky, and the capital city of Kiev, just days shy of the first anniversary

of Russia's invasion of its neighbor.
