with the latest from Ukraine, where crews are still assessing the damage and working to restore

power from widespread Russian missile attacks. Russia carried out at least 28 more missile strikes

yesterday compared to 84 on Monday. According to Ukraine's military,

roughly half of the missiles yesterday were neutralized by air defenses. Similar to Monday strikes,

the missiles yesterday struck energy infrastructure and purely civilian areas. In Zapparizia, emergency workers were seen trying to extinguish fires

after missiles destroyed several residential buildings. And in Lviv, the mayor said yesterday

that a third of that city was without power due to a Russian rocket strike.

President Biden and other G7 leaders condemned Russia's recent attacks and emerged from a virtual meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky

with actual deliverables.
