We're going to try and pump you up a little bit for your own training and also provide

our expert perspective on some of the races

happening this weekend. Specifically, we have two incredible races happening, boat one here in the

United States in Northern California, way too cool, the classic 50-kilometer season opener

that has been happening for 32 years now and then also

Trans-Gran Canaria, a institution of very important race on the European circuit.

These two races couldn't be more different from one another, a very fast 50K versus a mega

mountainous technical, difficult European style, break the

poles out, island traverse at Transgrand Canaria. And I'm so happy to be joined by my friend Katie
