I'm good, I'm all right, actually.

I've been, you know, looking back over the year or so of the rest of the next podcast,

you can tell when we've both been ill.

You know?

It's like one of us has got like a horrible cold or a cough or whatever, but I've had the

lurgy last four or five days and

I was in the I was in the depths of despair last Thursday and Friday lying in my bed just

thinking I've overcooked it I've so spectacularly overreached I've managed three weeks of my new

life and I've fallen apart but it's not it's that's harsh on yourself. It's not overreaching

when you're grafting.

You know what I mean?

I mean, I made a complete arse of it

last week, which was self-inflicted.
