You mentioned earlier, Kelly, when we were talking about lighting, that you actually think

lighting is the more serious problem because it causes the downstream problem of watering.

But there certainly are still problems that people will do that specifically relate to

them making a watering mistake, and I'm curious when you're working with people, what do

you actually see?

Yes, the first thing that I usually see is that people like to water for the most part

on a schedule.

I would say most of my clients have never stuck their finger in soil or lifted the weight

of the plant to see if it needs water, which are my two favorite ways of deciding whether

my plant needs to be watered or not.

Most either just wait till they remember to water it, or they're like, I water my plants

on Saturdays, and then some people water their plants literally every single day.

I know it sounds crazy, but there I have run into on several occasions, people that water

their plants every single day.

Wild.

Oh, wild.

Not necessary.
