Hello, this is Samantha Faye with Psychic Teachers and I'm going to use this time to share

the water meditation that has been mentioned on the show a couple of times.

I received a lot of emails from you all asking for me to share it again, so I thought I

would do so now.

So what I would like you to do if you're in a position to do so is just gently close

your eyes and take some nice deep cleansing, relaxing breaths.

And what you want to do is you want to take a glass of water and sit in front of it.

You want to hold this glass between your hands.

Stare into the water and say all the energy that I've taken from others, I now pour into

this water.

And take some nice deep breaths and imagine any energy that you've unwittingly taken from

others.

There are emotions, there are worries, fears, there are anxieties, and see it pouring out

of your hands into the water.

Really visualize all of this energy that is not yours coming out of your body, out of

your aura and going into the water.

And then you want to step outside and pour the water into the ground.

We are all connected to the earth, so through this universal connection the energy in that

water will find its rightful source.

Now go back inside and refill the glass of water, hold it in your hands and say all the

energy that others have taken from me, I now call back into this water.
