We had such a great response the last time you were on the show with me.

for coming back and not subjecting the people to me talking to myself for an hour.

Good. I'm glad. Because we have, this is our monthly Q&A show with questions from the mailbag,

and so Deans and I have lots of

questions that we're going to read and discuss together with you all but as you know we always do a

crystal of the week and a meditation of the week I'm going to skip the animal of the week because

Deb isn't here she will be back with us next week.

But I wanted to start with a meditation.

I wrote kind of for myself this week as we head into this busy holiday season.
