for they were afraid. And that's how the book would end. I'm telling you, I'm glad God didn't

end it there. My brother, my sister, a book that begins with faith would not end with fear.

We are not ending in fear. We're ending in faith. And we're

ending with this glorious thought that as we go, as we obey the Lord, as we work as God wants

us to work, the Lord will work with us. One of my favorite verses in the Bible is Philippians

213 that says that it is God which worketh in you,

both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Listen to the last verse of Mark, Mark 1620, and they went forth and preached everywhere,

the Lord working with them and confirming the word with signs following, amen. We've learned that the Lord works

with us as we believe, that He works with us as we obey, that He works with us as we take

the gospel to others, that he works with us in spite of everything that's against us.

But I want to say today, the Lord works with us because of his own access and authority.
