Today we are reading out of Proverbs 11, 13 and it is titled Titan Loose Lips.

It says,

a gossip goes around telling secrets,

but those who are trustworthy can keep a confidence.

The love letter from God says,

beloved child,

I am trustworthy and true.

I've given you the ability to choose how you treat others.

And I've also given you the fruit of the spirit,

including self-control to help you control your tongue.

I know there will be times when keeping silent may seem impossible.

Come to me in prayer and I will help you to keep your confidence.

Remember that the right word at the right time is not only received well,

it brings change.

Let me help you keep control of your tongue in your conversations with others.

You will save yourself many unnecessary conflicts and confrontations.
