I love that because I was just kind of reflecting as you were sharing about all the times that I have made rash decisions.

I regret so many of them. I was forced into a spot right. I had to make a decision under pressure and I ended up making the wrong decision.

I didn't check them with God about it. I think that is something that the enemy does with me specifically. If I have time to think about something and think it through and inquire to God and pray and get my head on straight, then I feel like I operate so much better.

But when it's boom, boom, boom, boom, so many things going on. I just make a quick rash decision based off of like, you know, fight or flight mechanisms.

And so many other different self coping mechanisms that we have that we don't even know that we're doing. And I almost just feel like I just need to slow everything down.
