Let's start in Oklahoma, where a judge there agreed to step down

after she was caught sending hundreds of texts from the bench while overseeing a murder trial and the killing

of a two-year-old boy but it included messages that mocked the prosecutors and

were sprinkled with emojies so So Judge Tracy Sauterstrom,

she also agreed not to seek judicial office again in Oklahoma

under the settlement agreement with the Oklahoma Court

on the judiciary.

She had faced removal from the bench over accusations that included

gross neglect of duty, oppression in her office, lack of proper temperament, and

failure to supervise her office. According to the Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice

there, when John Kane the fourth, he recommended that she be removed following

an investigation that found that she mocked the prosecutors, laughed at the

bailiff's comment about a prosecutor's genitals, praised the defense attorney and called the prosecutor's key witness a liar during the murder trial, again of a two-year-old kid.
