What Kristen is talking about, I was coming off this detox diet, I'm trying to get these

metals out of my body and my doctor suggested this detox, so I've pretty much been

eating nothing but fish and greens for the last 21 days and

Sunday was the first day that I could actually wean myself back on to foods that

weren't like just these two things.

Wien.

Wien, yeah, and I didn't ween much.

I went in for wings and pizza and cheese cake and girls cow

cookies. And then we're shocked! Shocked! and then was shocked, shocked in the middle of the night when I felt like I was delivering a baby.

Stupidity number two, and this one I think is absurd. So I got a new house and I am now

doing some renovations to it.

One of the renovations that I'm doing is I am putting a deck

on the back of my house.

It's a ranch style house and it's old,

and this is the first time that I have ever worked on a house myself like helping

the design I've always had women that were doing it for me and just kind of like

all right this is where I live but it doesn't really have my personality.

So this is the very first time that I'm ever really engaged
