Hello, my friends. How you doing today? I am Carrie Greene. I am back with the morning

mindset and I'm so thankful you've joined me. If you're new to the morning mindset, welcome.

We are here to get our minds aligned with the truth of God for this day. We're looking

into the book of Acts right now, chapter 21, and we're following the journey of the

Apostle Paul. So welcome. You're going to jump right into a very exciting story before

we get started. I wanted to say hello to people who are listening in specific parts of

the world. It's really amazing what God's doing. There are people listening in Malaysia,

in Egypt, in Sweden, in Greenland, in Bolivia, all over the world. People are hearing the

morning mindset. I want to encourage you. Share the morning mindset with someone who

you know could use the daily encouragement to get their minds aligned with the truth of

God. All right, in Acts chapter 21, the Apostle Paul is on his way back to the city of Jerusalem.

And he's received a warning just in the last passage we read in yesterday's episode that

Jerusalem may not be an entirely safe place for him to go. And the spirit of God is starting

to reveal this to people. We're going to see another instance in the passage today of how

the spirit of God is pointing things out to Paul, preparing him for the journey ahead.

Beginning in verse 7 of chapter 21, when we had finished the voyage from Tyre, we arrived

in Tolamaise, and we greeted the brothers and stayed with him for one day. On the next day,

we departed and came to Cesarea, and we entered the house of Philip the evangelist who was one of

the seven and stayed with him. He had four unmarried daughters who prophesied. While we were staying

for many days, a prophet named Agabas came down from Judea, and coming to us, he took Paul's belt

and bound his own feet and hands and said, thus says the Holy Spirit. This is how the Jews at Jerusalem

will bind the man who owns this belt and deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
