Today's cocktail is called The Almost.

The ingredients you need to make this.

You need one and a half ounces of tequila because we're still hopeful that we're going to get there.

0.5 ounces of elderflower liqueur.

One ounce of fresh lime juice.

A half ounce of agave syrup, a splash of sparkling water, and optional a little dash of chili tincture if you want a little drama in the

drink. So here's how you're going to make it. You're going to shake your tequila, your elder

flour, your lime, and your agave with ice. Strain that into a coop glass and top it off

with your sparkling water. You can garnish the cup with a half-sugured rim and a little lime wheel

if you'd like, but that is the almost.

Refreshing.
