The virtue this has come up a couple of times in my life and I've buried it

But I saw it online this morning and I'm like, okay, I'm not the only one that feels like this

And you grab a bottle of water and you're doing a self-checkout

Before your receipt comes up and asks you if you want to leave a tip

For self checkout. I've never seen that

It's happening more and more often at self-checkouts now and you have to decline it now. You're doing all the work

But now I'm starting to see some dialogue online from people saying no, there is nobody actually

Handing you your water. There's no labor going into it hand to hand

But a lot of people behind the scenes are doing a lot of things to get that water into your hands that has nothing to do with self checkout

So should you tip those that you don't even see no?

No, because that's called one that's a job that should be paying at least a minimum wage minimum like minimum

But also on top of that I would not be

Convinced that that money is actually going into those laborers. That's what I was thinking also that's what I'd be worried about
