despite the escape of another alleged war criminal during the fighting.

Despite a reduction in violence during the three-day ceasefire in Sudan,

there have been some clashes in and around Khartoum.

The RSF paramilitary group is reported to have seized an oil refinery,

70 kilometres north of the capital.

They're also accused of attacking a jail and freeing high profile figures from the detested

former regime of Omar Al-Bashir.

The army later confirmed that the ousted former president is still in custody in a military hospital,

after being moved from the prison before the fighting broke out.

But his key aid, Ahmed Haroon, who is also wanted for war crimes, did escape.
