has died at the age of 96.

One of the weapons the US has at its disposal in dealing with North Korea's nuclear ambitions is sanctions.

But these are only as strong as those who stick to them.

One company, at least, hasn't done so.

And that's British American tobacco.

It's agreed to pay more than $600 million of breaching those sanctions to settle charges
