Summary
This is an episode I've been thinking about for a while! I've been asking: how do we stay informed about the world without feeling constantly overwhelmed, anxious, or like everything is about to fall apart?
So this is an episode all about learning how to structure an information diet that actually leaves you informed and capable of action, rather than frozen by overwhelm.
