to just have an honest conversation about confidence.

I want this to be tactical, but I also want to just remind you of how much more capable

you are than you might be given yourself credit for because we are often our own worst

critics and it's really easy when things aren't going the way that we want them to or

we're not seeing success as quickly as we want to or we feel unsure of the path that we're

on to start to lack confidence and then downward spiral and really just look for a lot

of evidence to confirm that we're not doing a good job when in reality.

That's just not true because human being alone is tough sometimes.

And especially when you're on a major growth journey, which I know a lot of you are.

You care about reaching your goals and just constantly evolving to that next version
