| 1:14.6 | It is, and there's a saying that says the shame is the locks that keep the chains of bad habits in place. |

| 1:31.4 | It's energetically, it's oppressive. |
| 1:40.9 | Intellectually, it's control-based. Emotionally, it's rigidity. And neurologically, it's a threat. |
| 1:47.2 | Right. So if you say to somebody, you should really do that, there is a threat in that. |
| 1:52.1 | And what's interesting is that same energy really doesn't happen in certain cultures. |
