Why? Because as I was writing out my childhood traumas, they're so dark that I'm embarrassed.

I just have a feeling that Abbey's darkness is so different than my darkness.

Like I feel like hers is a light darkness.

No, I think that's what makes the world a magical place.

Is everybody's different darkness?

Is everybody's different shapes, it's darkness.

So I feel like we should just give like a blanket trigger warning.

I'm not sure like what everyone's trauma is gonna be.

So just if you're not in the

mood to be triggered today just you know maybe checking on the podcast later
