my mom and my sister like my stuff.

Well, guess what?

Post something else and something else.

my condolences, buddy, I did hear about the passing of your dog and

and Bally's been around for a long time. He was 12 and a half 12 and a half good old

pooch taught me a lot and taught the world He used to write a lot of emails to the

world. So he actually made more money than he cost me, which is funny because I would write all these

fitness emails back in the day from Bally the dog. I remember that.

Bally's three training tips then. And when he did pass away, I got so many

Instagram messages from people like, oh, I loved reading those emails.

So I'm like, oh, I need to go back and revisit those.
