friends in the world, Bucky O'Neill, and he's gracious enough to give me a little bit of time. I thought, I'm going to call this segment the fly on the wall because a lot of times when you and I are talking, whether being a cab, a plane, an automobile or on the beach or on a a firewalk, I'm always thinking, man, I wish I was recording this.

And so one of the most unique, on the beach or on a firewalk. I'm always thinking, man, I wish I was recording this.

And so one of the most unique experiences that I've had in my life and I'm blessed

of always seek experiences, um, was coming to the firewalk and not just coming myself,

but bringing my family with me on two different occasions.

Yeah.

Because a lot of what you do, I, you know, have already exposure to.

And not that I didn't grow immensely and learn things,

but it was really awesome to see my friends and my family work through what I teach,

which is the interference between them and their potential.

And we talk about this all the time.

Yeah.

Give me a little bit more insight because we've never had this conversation.

Yeah.

About kind of the setup of, because there's a setup and a conclusion to it

beyond the activities yeah and I was hoping you could share like those people out there

think about like some people have said to me that's not real you you didn't break a board

with your mind or you didn't walk on fire or you didn't bend a rebar with the soft spot in your

throat yeah yeah or your daughter who weighs 90 pounds didn't do it yeah yeah i'll show you the bruise to

prove it totally right it's so cool but what's the setup part of it oh man uh it's 100% real uh

there are no gimmicks and there are no tricks. I think the thing about firewalking
