Now you had been planning this for some time to sort of do the

Camino is that right or is it was it a a recent thing that came into your mind?

It was relatively recent it wasn't a really long time it was probably it was quite a few

months before I did it but it was with one of these things that just bubbled up I

just felt compelled I had to go on a long walk and at the time I didn't know it was

going to be 500 miles across Spain but it eventually transpired that's what I

needed to do. I have heard of people of all walks of life, all ages and stages,

the last person I heard who went on the Camino was in her early 20s and I know of people much older, male female, people who do it for a variety of reasons.
