More to come on that in a moment, but first let's tune in with the sound of the bells. Okay, so, walking meditation. Did you know that you could walk and meditate at the same time?

Well, you can.

In fact, in the traditional meditation texts,

there are four particular postures that are often described as postures you can meditate

in. One is sitting, one is standing, one is lying down, and one is walking.

And in fact, if you go to any sort of retreat,

Well, a lot of people think that means just meditating, sitting down for 10 hours straight,
