People ask me all the time what I do to care for my skin.

First, I have to admit I've got good genes from my mom and dad.

But to be honest, it's really a lot more than that and maybe not what you think.

You see what we put in makes just as much difference as what we put on.

And I mean, spiritually, physically, and topically, it's a little like staying alive on the campaign trail.

Well, it's been a couple years since I taught a class on healthy living with my friends.

And I've decided to start another one lesson.

I love learning from these guys.
