around a parking lot that is between the campsite in the State Park and the

beach and I'm going to be heading down the pathway towards the beach so you'll

and they've been cutting some plywood. Now they're measuring it and he's got the saw and

here we go all right we're walking away from that so 48 hours ago i actually i need to backtrack the day before was a day where I walked,

but I didn't do as much walking as I usually do. It was a day of sitting. It was one of those

cold, windy days. We had some rain in the area. It was like I don't feel like doing a whole lot of walking.

So I did more sitting. My brown leather chair and I became very well acquainted.

Fast forward one day later. I was at a coffee shop and I do this once a week. I go to a coffee shop and sit there and come up with ideas for the next week's podcast.
