of mine, actually, a guy who he is so impressive, Torin Cochlin. He is the owner, manager,

barista of two of my favorite places to go and eat and have coffee in Dublin.

And he is just a really interesting story of having experienced anxiety due to a very intense corporate life.

And, you know, we all are familiar with the idea of the rat race and the pressure of the corporate world.

And he did what I think so many of us dream of doing, which is stepping completely off that. You know, we all are familiar with the idea of the rat race and the pressure of the corporate world.

And he did what I think so many of us dream of doing, which is stepping completely off that treadmill and setting up a coffee shop, which I personally have Googled how to do that myself.

That is not without its stress and anxiety, of course, as Torin can attest to.

I was really interested to hear from someone who could share their experience of workplace anxiety, corporate anxiety, and how they went about extricating themselves

from that situation. Because I think so many of us who find ourselves in that position feel stuck

and trapped and like there is no other choice, there is no other avenue to explore, or that we

have to just book up and deal with it

when that's not always the case. Here, Torin shares his story. It was really interesting to me

to get to know the man behind my morning coffee, and I hope that you will relate to this and

How would you describe yourself as the guest on this series?

Entrepreneur, Barista. I suppose, like, when I think of entrepreneur, I think of like

businessmen, people in suits.
