So it's podcast, go, I'm not sure we can get much more Welsh than this.

We've just seen Wales for England and the Principality, come back to beat them in the second half not the

first time that's happened in the gatland to our left we've got Tom Jones serenade in

crowds in Cardiff castle I guess the only thing that's not very well shut the minute is the weather but

I'm glad to be standing out here in the sunshine with Nicky Robinson and Phil Pategett.

Nicky we were in the veil on Thursday and Gatlin said I promise you this

Wales will surprise some people. Where did that performance rate on your

surprise scale? Oh yeah probably a seven and a half maybe out of ten is a surprise I mean first half was

was fine I mean England probably should have been a bit ahead but I think the defense

was excellent.

That's probably the one surprising thing.

And in fact, it was very much an old Gatlin performance, wasn't it?
